ㅁ참가비: 무료( 노쇼방지를 위한 셀러참여 보증금 5만원-행사 후 반환 예정)
ㅁ셀러워크샵 일정: 10월 14일, 10월 17일 중 택일 (오후 3시 예정)
ㅁ신청자격:
0) 엄격한 비건 기준에 합당한 제품 및 서비스 혹은 업사이클링 제품 등을 직접 제조, 판매, 유통하는 개인 및 회사
1) 비건페스티벌과 취지를 같이하며 행사당일 행복하게 임해주실 셀러
2) 진행팀과의 연락을 원활히 할 수 있는 셀러(성분과 포장관련 연락)
3) 셀러 워크샵에 와주실 수 있는 셀러
ㅁ선정심사기준
참가비 무료 행사로 제한적인 공간과 셀러신청쇄도가 예상되어 셀러선정을 위한 심사가 진행됩니다. 아래의 심사기준으로 셀러 선정을 하고 있으니 참고 바랍니다.
0) 엄격한 비건기준을 따르는 제품인가? (홈페이지 및 인스타 참고 예정)
1) 기후위기 대응하고 탄소배출을 줄이는 소비생활에 기여하는 제품인가? (포장재 및 제공방식 등)
2) 쓰레기저감을 위한 참여방식에 준비된 팀인가?
3) 비건제품의 다양성에 기여하는가?
4) 진행팀과의 연락 등 원활한 진행이 가능한 팀인가?

ㅁRegistration fee(for seller): Free (As a non-profit event, a deposit, 50000won is required to prevent no-shows, it could be returned after this event)

ㅁSeller Confirmation Announcement Date : Sep. 26th (on Website of Seoul Innovation Park, Website of Vegan Festival & email)
ㅁWorkshop Date for sellers: Oct 14th and 17th, one of the two date (On 3 PM)
ㅁApplicants’ requisite:
0)Individuals and companies that manufacture, sell, and distribute foods, products and eco-friendly upcycling products, which meet stringent vegan standards.
1) willing to take part in vegan festival agreeing to its purpose on the event day.
2) able to contact with us easily.(For checking ingredients and package of products)
3) willing to participate in sellers’ workshop
ㅁSelection criteria:
Due to the limited space and a flood of seller applications for this free event, screening for seller selection will be in progress. Please note that sellers are selected based on the criteria below.
0) Does the product (and your service) follow strict vegan standards? (by checking your website and Social media)
1) Is it a product that prepares for the climate crisis and contributes to consumer life that reduces carbon emissions? (Packaging materials and product delivery methods at the event venue, etc.)
2) Is the team ready for a participatory way to reduce waste?
3) Does it contribute to the diversity of vegan products?
4) Is the team capable of smooth progress? (such as contact with our team for the urgent checking)
